Electronics Faire Quilt
A collaborative quilt I organized and constructed at the Electronics Faire 2026 at Temple University
The Electronics Faire Quilt is made up of 28 individual squares, each made by a different 2026 Electronics Faire attendee in their own style. With the only constraints given to campers being the size of the square to make, the result is a collaborative, unique piece of art that highlights the diversity of artistic and practical styles of Electronics Faire attendees.
MATERIALS
Cardboard, paper, magazine clippings, pipe cleaners, e-waste (circuit boards, wire, buttons/switches), NFC tags, fabric, string, beads, ribbon, and more. After all of of the squares were done, I added grommets to the corners of each one and then joined them together using wire, ribbon, and yarn.
Thanks to all of the attendees who contributed to the quilt!
